The doll looked very nice when I opened the box. The voice unit just toggled between Chinese and some other Asian language. When I tried the heater it melted the chest and hips before the important parts got warm. It ruined the doll. The hips were melted so bad you could see the hip joints on both sides. The chest got so hot it melted the case for the robotic vagina pump.

Thank you for providing your feedback again. Per our previous discussion, we want to explain the issues again. For the voice function, it’s just a double click to permanently switch it to English. If you believe you receive a wrong module, please send us a video clip by email to show the problem. We like to send you a new module by mail for free to fix the issue.
For the heating, it’s nothing to do with the quality either. The thing is to use the heating function correctly, we have to let the doll lay down (FACE UP) in a natural position and plug it in. Then when we operate the doll, we have to unplug it first. We have it clearly mentioned in the user manual. Also, the butt is difficult to heat up because the skin there is too thick. If we don’t let the doll lay down naturally, the heat may not be spread evenly. Per the pics you provided, the manufacturer says you let the doll sit and plug it in. When you feel it’s not warm enough, you bend the leg where it melts and it causes the tears.
As you can tell, we use a more advanced thermostat style adapter which most other vendors don’t use. For the traditional adapter which doesn’t have a thermostat, it may cause overheating. Since we started using the thermostat two years ago, we have never had any overheating issues. That’s also the reason why I asked you to send me a pic of the adapter since I wanted to make sure they sent you the right one. You can think about it. If we had something like this before, we would be in big trouble. We definitely don’t want this small profit to risk our business.
You are a return customer and you know we do business very honestly. We definitely want to help but it’s not a quality issue covered by warranty but more like a usage issue. The best we can do is to make a new doll for you at a discount. We can do air shipping or cargo shipping. If you want to choose cargo shipping which may take a month or so, we can give you some exclusive discount.
