The answers are Yes and No.
Yes, because technically we can do everything. We work with factory directly and have all facility/technicians to make it happen.
No, a doll is out of a casting mold. If we don’t have the specific mold, we cannot do anything.

Here we encourage you to look at our pre-config models and build you own options first. We currently carry nearly 300 different models and almost 50 different body types. With a proper makeup and a wig, usually we can make the doll look very close to what you like. You are also welcome to look at our gallery to see if you like any existing ones

However, if you are on a high budget and want something fancy, we also offer full customization services which starts from $7299 for regular dolls and $14999 for AI dolls. We can use the pics and measurements you provided to build a doll to meet your need.

Building a fully customized doll requires not only money but also commitment, mutual trust ,and patience. Usually, the process may take up to two months. Before we answer any questions related to full customization, we require a non-refundable consulting fee here. The fee you pay here will be credit to your final order. A: Usually, we need at least three face pics from different angles. The more you provided, the more accurate it will be.

A: No, usually it will be 80%-90% same due to different factors.

A: No, it’s non-refundable.

Q: Why it’s so expensive?
A: Because it will require new casting molds that needs significant work and cost.
