Thank you for visiting AINIDOLL.com. Before you read our customer, we want to share some insights on why we want to create such a page. A lot of our customers asked us if AINIDOLL is legit. We are a relatively new brand. So it’s a surprise to receive such a question. The answer is simply yes.
We are not a marketing-oriented company but mainly focus on our products and consumers. We have never paid for any posting or reviews. However, to protect your benefits and address your concerns, there are a few things we do.
- PayPal protection: rather than using other 3rd party payment methods, we only use PayPal as our only payment method. As a consumer, if you find it could be a fraud, you can always claim with PayPal and get your money back. You can learn more from here.
- Picture confirmation: most of our products are highly customized for each customer. What we do differently is before we send our dolls out of the factory, we always send the buyer some pics or even video clips about the product that we just completed in the workshop. What you see will be what you get. In this case, there will be no surprise for you. Please refer to our factory info page to learn more.
- Order tracking: once your doll is on the way, we will send you a tracking number and attach it to your PayPal transaction. In most cases, we do discreet shipping by UPS. You can refer to the shipping info page for more details.
We do this since we have high confidence in our products. We also hope you can give us an opportunity to serve.

We recently started launching a new review program powered by cusrev.com. Each time after you make a purchase, you will receive review invitation. We will take your feedback seriously.

I bought my first doll from Ainidoll last year. A ready-to-ship model. Then a Cutie within a week, I made her 3’7″ (110cm). I was amazed at her detail! I ordered her with heat, and the realism of the feeling of holding my child took hold of me.
Then a third doll a month later. A custom Cutie for my birthday! Again with heat and most other options (no voice/moaning). I made her 4’2″ (128cm). When she arrived, I was totally in love! My Cuties were never for sex for me. I’ve spent the last year doing so many fun things with them, dressing them up, letting them have adventures, and being like my surrogate children. Making little slide shows with them and getting them to talk with online voice software. They saved me from a dark place in my life.
As time goes on, I found no matter how careful, the wire fingers eventually break. When the articulated hand feature came out this past year, I wanted to replace my 128cm with a new one and give her a twin sister.
The immediate controversy over them that exists that we all fear from the start comes from a lack of knowledge, experience, and a false sense of morality. I won’t explore it here; I’ve plastered many posts on Ainidoll Blogs and elsewhere exploring my own experience and others. Dolls don’t affect the things people do regardless. It’s sheer ignorance to imagine they do. Dolls are not people. We make them real for ourselves. Non-doll people will never understand.
Because for me and others, they have filled a void in our lives that had nothing to do with sex. So, to cancel any controversy for myself, having had to listen to all the ridicule and hate and labelling as anyone, that all comes from a place of ignorance…
I asked to have them made without holes. They are just dolls now! They are perfect! They are my daughters. No one can say otherwise. Ainidoll was able to accommodate and fulfill my request and I am extremely pleased! They are beautiful, exactly what I always wanted! I also will never buy another doll without articulated hands!
Unfortunately, when they arrived, and I had them all together; I just couldn’t put my first one back in a box. She has all my hugs and kisses for the past year and will always be special to me! So, triplets it is then!

The doll was shipped with different coloured eyes than I ordered. Customer service sent the correct ones at no extra cost to me. Great service and communication.
