Thank you for visiting AINIDOLL.com. Before you read our customer, we want to share some insights on why we want to create such a page. A lot of our customers asked us if AINIDOLL is legit. We are a relatively new brand. So it’s a surprise to receive such a question. The answer is simply yes.
We are not a marketing-oriented company but mainly focus on our products and consumers. We have never paid for any posting or reviews. However, to protect your benefits and address your concerns, there are a few things we do.
- PayPal protection: rather than using other 3rd party payment methods, we only use PayPal as our only payment method. As a consumer, if you find it could be a fraud, you can always claim with PayPal and get your money back. You can learn more from here.
- Picture confirmation: most of our products are highly customized for each customer. What we do differently is before we send our dolls out of the factory, we always send the buyer some pics or even video clips about the product that we just completed in the workshop. What you see will be what you get. In this case, there will be no surprise for you. Please refer to our factory info page to learn more.
- Order tracking: once your doll is on the way, we will send you a tracking number and attach it to your PayPal transaction. In most cases, we do discreet shipping by UPS. You can refer to the shipping info page for more details.
We do this since we have high confidence in our products. We also hope you can give us an opportunity to serve.

Other than the odd offset of the arse and pussy (put the pussy where the arse is and set the arse back where it should be), this thing is wonderfull. I already want another one
I’m beyond baffled. The site is actually very nice, what went from screaming “danger, scam!” Went to charming and unique. The categories make sense, and help anyone from high Volume $$ purchasers to those of us with more need for value. Of course the array of available dolls is amazing, practically being a kid in a candy store, but a joyful selection to say the least. The delivery did not lie, it was as discreet as one can be whole still abiding to how “heavy” the packaging has to be. (Team lift lables, shipping lables, but nothing that gives away the contents besides it being heavy). During my purchase I even had to interact with their email customer support, which went flawlessly, fixing my error and relaying me even more info on my purchase so I could easily track it with anticipation. My package even had a hole from mistreatment (no doubt from FedEx doing their usual) and my package was completely unharmed due to the meticulous packaging foam keeping my new purchase safe. An easy 10/10 for a personal experience.

Next time, in case you find the package is broken, you can decline the package and we will claim with FedEx or UPS. In reality, our dolls are packed securely. We have never had any case that the doll itself is broken upon arrival. We are sorry about the small hole in the package. You should receive a $30 gift certificate from us by email. I ordered from a country other than America and was concerned about customs clearance. During the order, the company kept in close contact with me, outside of commercial, in friendly contact. The order has arrived without any problem, easyly. We are considering ordering a torso doll soon.
